Basil Thomson, Executive Director
Basil Thomson is a senior associate with Ulman Public Policy & Federal Relations. For over a decade, Ulman Policy has assisted businesses, business organizations, governments and coalitions in developing and implementing strategies for achieving their legislative and regulatory objectives.
As Executive Director of NACA, Basil oversees day-to-day operations and manages internal and external client communications between the NACA Board of Directors, government agencies, and other similar industry groups and associations.
Basil is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a degree in International Affairs and Spanish. He lives in Southern Connecticut with his wife, Delaney, and their son Reef.
Bailey Graves, Legislative Assistant
Bailey Graves is a legislative assistant at Ulman Public Policy & Federal Relations. While working with NACA, Bailey helps to monitor and analyze legislative proposals from state legislatures that would impact the armored car industry. She helps the NACA team draft letters and materials to engage NACA’s members on important legislative and regulatory initiatives, researches state and federal policies that impact the industry, and works with similar coalitions and associations to promote the needs of the armored car industry.
